"I called Jason for an A/C issue when my unit stopped running and I noticed water in the pan beneath the furnace. Jason arrived within 45 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged A/C drain line. I live in a townhome with a crawlspace, and thankfully Jason had previously installed a drain pan and a wet sensor on my furnace. That sensor shut down the A/C when water was detected, preventing what could have been significant flooding on my first floor.
