How our offers actually work
The offers on this page exist to make a decision easier, not to create urgency. Nothing here changes how we diagnose a system or what we recommend — the findings are the findings whether or not there's a promotion running that month.
Most of what we advertise falls into two groups: seasonal tune-up pricing, which lowers the cost of routine maintenance during our slower months, and installation credits or financing on new equipment, which apply when you're replacing a furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump. The first is a small fixed price. The second is applied to a written estimate.
Because equipment, ductwork, and access vary so much house to house, we don't quote replacement pricing on a web page. The offer amount is real; the total it comes off of depends on your home, and you'll see that number in writing before anything is ordered.

Tell us which offer you're asking about at 412-795-1054, or note it when you request service online. It's easier to apply up front than to adjust an invoice later.

We confirm it fits the work
Some offers apply to maintenance visits, others only to new equipment installations. We'll confirm on the phone whether the one you're asking about matches the work you need.
- Step 3
It appears on your written estimate
The discount, credit, or financing terms are shown on the estimate or invoice before you approve anything — not described verbally and reconciled afterward.
Eligibility and the fine print, in plain language
- One offer per job. Promotions can't be stacked with each other or with other discounts.
- Installation offers apply to new equipment installed by Liberty, not to repairs on existing equipment.
- Financing is offered through a third-party lender and is subject to that lender's credit approval — we don't make the approval decision.
- Maintenance and clean-and-check pricing covers a standard residential system in normal condition. If we find a repair is needed, that's quoted separately and you decide whether to do it.
- Offers apply to residential service within our published service area.
- Expiration dates shown on each card are the dates we'll honor. If an offer has ended, ask what replaced it — there's usually something current.
Questions about our offers
Do I have to decide the same day to get the offer?+
No. As long as the offer is current when you schedule, it holds while you think it over. We don't use expiring discounts to push a same-day signature on a replacement.
Can I combine two offers on one job?+
No — it's one offer per job. If two could apply, ask us which one leaves you better off and we'll tell you plainly, even when it's the smaller-sounding one.
Does taking a promotion change the equipment you recommend?+
It shouldn't and it doesn't. We size and specify equipment based on the house. If a promotion only applies to something that isn't right for your home, we'll say so rather than steering you into it.
What if my system needs a repair during a clean-and-check?+
We finish the inspection, show you what we found, and quote the repair separately. The tune-up price stays what it was, and the repair is your call — it isn't bundled in automatically.
How do I find out what's available for my home right now?+
Call 412-795-1054 and describe the project. Offers rotate seasonally, and what's worth the most on a maintenance visit is rarely what's worth the most on a replacement.
